Operating multiple campuses in Karachi, HHS School System caters to children from Pre-School to O Level or Matriculation. In Secondary School, pupils are offered the CAIE O Level Syllabus and the Matriculation Examination, offered either by the Sindh Board or the Aga Khan University Examination Board.
