Return Policy

Our return policy is very flexible and not complicated at all. Customer satisfaction is our first priority. That’s why our policy is so simple. The products will be replaced in the following cases only:

  • If a damaged or defective product is found in the parcel, the product will be returned.

  • If the wrong product is sent to you from our side, it will be returned.

  • If you find something missing in the parcel, then the product will be returned.

Conditions for Return Policy

  • Disliking, colour differences, thread outcome, and size-length/width issues will not count as damage.

  • In the case of an exchange, on the one hand, the courier charge will be paid by the customer.

  • If there is any damage or defect, please inform us within 24 hrs with a parcel opening video (full and uncut). Without a video, we will not accept any return or exchange requests. After 24 hours, you will not be entertained.

  • The product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, accessories, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice, etc. The product should be unused and in its original condition.

  • However, if the customer didn’t get the product, it was shown as delivered in the courier details. In that case, we will follow up with the courier service and refund the full amount after a complete investigation.

  • If a customer receives a different product, we will only replace the product and will not provide a refund.

  • If the customer uses the product, it will not be accepted for replacement or refund due to hygiene issues.

  • In the event of a refund, we will refund only the basic price of the product. The courier charge will not be refunded.

Return Policy Process

  • If any of our customer’s products are found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will first check the video made by him. If your video is verified by our team, then our team will connect with you within 3 to 4 days via phone or via email. 

  • If your return request is accepted, you will ship the product to our address ( Plot No. 73, Sector – 25, Part – 2, Panipat – 132103) and you will also pay the shipping cost.

  • Our return policy will be for 7 days from the date of receipt of the product and that too, in the following conditions: defective, damaged, and incorrect products.

  • Your refund will be credited to your bank account after 7 days of receiving the product.

Cancellation Policy

If you feel that you want to cancel your product, then you have to inform us within 24 hours of ordering the product at this number (9138952354), or you can also inform us through email. (info@stylebells.com). Weekends and holidays are not included in the 24 hour period.

  • We have provided a cash on delivery (COD) service.

  • We accept payment through debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI, Paytm, Phone Pay, Google Pay.
